Each Gallant Playworks module turns inspiration into action through guided practice. Students first study how their chosen hero demonstrated virtue—like Joan of Arc’s unwavering courage in the face of fear—and then translate that value into their own lives.

After exploring Joan’s story, a pre-teen might be challenged to show courage by standing up for a classmate who’s being excluded, or by trying out for a school play despite stage fright.

Through reflection, journaling, and mentor-led discussion, the student identifies what “courage” looks like in modern, everyday choices. These practical exercises transform moral learning into lived experience, helping young people strengthen character, confidence, and conviction—until acts of courage become not just practiced, but natural.

Once they have embodied these virtues themselves, students receive a unique, exclusive collectible figurine of the historical hero.
